Description
Spitalul Orasenesc Regele Carol I Costesti are in structura functionala o farmacie cu circuit inchis, autorizata de Ministerul Sanatatii. Prin prezenta achizitie se va asigura necesarul de medicamente pentru tratamentul pacientilor unitatii noastre. In acest necesar nu au fost incluse medicamentele a caror achizitie este efectuata de Ministerul Sanatatii prin achizitiile centralizate.Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări sau de informații suplimentare cel târziu in a 11-a zi înainte de termenul-limită pentru depunerea ofertelor stabilit în anunțul de participare. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP
