Description
VRT wenst een toekomstgericht en uitbreidbare Product Experience Manager tool te bouwen en hiervoor een headless CMS met voldoende opties aan te kopen dat als kern zal dienen van onze Product Experience Manager tool. De ontwikkeling van deze tool moet ons in staat stellen om de bediening en het uiterlijk van al onze digitale producten (apps en sites) te beheren op één centrale plek. Dit omvat onder meer het visueel configureren van swimlanes, banners, navigatie, en de indeling van hoofd- en landingspagina’s. Het headless CMS moet API-first zijn en compatibel met moderne front-end technologieën, met ondersteuning voor content workflows, rollenbeheer en integraties met bestaande systemen zoals DAMs. Tevens verwachten we in de tool een mechanisme om gebeurtenissen en wijzigingen in (near) real-time te kunnen doorgeven aan externe systemen. Daarnaast hechten we veel belang aan gebruiksvriendelijkheid, schaalbaarheid, beveiliging en compliance met GDPR.
