Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění prodloužení Software Assurance pro licence Microsoft zadavatele dle specifikace a za podmínek uvedených vždy v příslušné příloze 2 zadávací dokumentace (Vzor smlouvy). Veřejná zakázka je rozdělena na 5 částí blíže specifikovaných v čl. 5.1 zadávací dokumentace. Požadavky zadavatele jsou pro všechny části veřejné zakázky stanoveny shodně, pokud není v dalších ustanoveních zadávací dokumentace uvedeno jinak.
