Description
The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The objective of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for transport and recycling of food waste. Comments on the contract: • The contracting authority will collect and deliver food waste to the contracting authority ́s reception. • Tenderers will take over the responsibility and ownership of food waste after it has been weighed the contracting authority ́s facility in Alvikvegen 194. This responsibility also includes responsibility in accordance with the Act of 23. December 1988 no. 104 on product liability. • It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to carry out the necessary inspections of waste raw materials that is included in the production and/or final product, so that the contracting authority cannot have a requirement. in the event of deviations to the quality of the waste. • Food waste shall, to the greatest possible degree, be converted to biogas and soil improvement agents.
