Objective: A platform shall be procured for reception and handling of technological welfare signals, and a 24 hour response centre service to safeguard the warning from welfare technological equipment. Short on the need: The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for a response platform and a health care service that receives, handles and as needed, communicates alarms from equipment within welfare technology. The service can also include proactive follow-up services such as planned digital supervision.
