Description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration [unit] (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) would like tenders for the delivery of a camera system for Automatic Traffic Control (ATK), with associated services. Tenders shall be submitted for a system that includes point by point ATK and ATK for stretches. The procurement includes the camera equipment and other necessary equipment along the road, for assembly in existing cupboards and infrastructure, as well as necessary systems on the server side for image processing, databases, statistics, operations tools etc. The procurement also includes client software for operation and maintenance of the systems along roads and on the server side, as well as for case handling of the images.
