Description
Finnish Customs requests offers for two (2) UHPLC-HRMS/MS equipment units to be procured and a maintenance agreement for the units after the warranty period of one (1) year. One (1) contractual supplier will be selected for the procurement with which Finnish Customs will enter into a procurement and maintenance agreement regarding both equipment units after the warranty period. The Supplier is obligated to extend the maintenance agreement for a minimum of nine (9) years after the end of the warranty period if the Purchaser so wishes regarding both equipment units. The UHPLC-HRMS/MS equipment units will be used in the Customs Laboratory. The bidding process will be conducted as a reverse auction (French auction). The reference price offered may not exceed EUR 860,000 (VAT 0%), covering two (2) equipment units with their requirements for a one (1) year warranty period. In addition, one (1) year of a preventive maintenance agreement (12 months) for both Products will be included in the procurement price, i.e. the budget of EUR 860,000.
