Description

The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act, 17 June 2016 no. 73 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA) with any later amendments. Parts I and IV of the Public Procurement apply for this procurement. This procurement follows the procedure for procurement in accordance with the regulations part IV.NAV Vest- Viken, shall procure the Labour Market Measure Clarification for persons who need a more comprehensive clarification assistance than the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration can offer. Clarification shall map and assess the participants ́ work ability and any specific needs for assistance in obtaining or retaining work. The clarification shall contribute to participants gaining increased insight into their possibilities in the labour market and in their own resources and job skills. Public Procurement clarification with case number 23/25055 was cancelled by the contracting authority before signing the contract. This notice is a Public Procurement for a clarification of the labour market measure.
