Description
Austevoll municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of temporary staff. Austevoll municipality (henceforth referred to as the "contracting authority") has, due to staff holidays, leave, water and sewerage services, there is a need to enter into a parallel framework agreement for the delivery of temporary staff. The contracting authority needs nurses, mental health nurses and health care workers who can be temporary staff. The need concerns personnel for longer or shorter assignments, both planned and acute. The aim of the procurement is to ensure the contracting authority access to qualified and authorised health personnel within the areas mentioned above. The framework agreement has an expected annual value of NOK 1,500,000,000 excluding VAT, but the need is expected to vary. The stated annual amount is only an estimate based on previous years' consumption. Subject to changes in volume as a result of changed financial framework conditions and municipal activity, as well as changed assumptions or needs.
