NIH has decided to procure standardised IT services from a professional supplier. NIH thus requests services for user support (remote, non-on-site), user administration, identity and access management, standard office support, AV equipment in meeting rooms and classrooms, set-up and operation of clients - PC (Windows, Mac), mobile telephone (IOS, Android), network operation (cabled and wireless), operational services, server and security services .
