Description
The main objective of the procurement is to cover Innovasjon Norge ́s need for an IT service desk, where simple operational and monitoring assignments are also taken care of. Service desk shall function as a single point of contact (SPOC) and support integrator for Innovasjon Norge's internal customers/employees, the IT division, the other business (main office, district office and foreign offices), third parties and other collaboration partners. The service desk shall be available on contact areas such as telephone, email etc. There shall also be physical presence at the main office in the form of onsite, as well as the possibility for resources to participate in various projects at the Norwegian offices. The service shall be provided primarily during standard Norwegian opening hours. In 2022 there were approx. 10,000- 15,000 enquiries from around 850 end-users, spread out in offices in all of the country's counties and in approx. thirty countries. Around the rain, approx. 3,600 of the enquiries were sent by telephone, of which less than 1% were from countries outside the European time zone, the rest came by email or form messages.
