Program Felles IKT intends to enter into a framework agreement for a new ITSM/ESM solution. The framework agreement shall cover the need for licences for the new ITSM/ESM solution (the "solution"), any assistance with the implementation of the solution and any maintenance of the implemented solution, and ensure access to a strategic cooperation partner within the ITSM/ESM area over time.
