Description
Rana municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority/Customer, invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations in accordance with the rules in the Public Procurement Regulations. All enquiries and questions shall be in the tender management tool Mercell (hereafter referred to as KGV). There shall not be direct contact/communication with persons at the Contracting Authority regarding the competition.
