Description
Vågan municipality would like to enter into a contract with a developer to procure up to 15 sheltered accommodation flats in a housing cooperative or owner sectional facility. The portions shall be sold on or rented out to residents with a need for 24 hour health and care services. The prerequisite for signing a contract is that the developer and the housing cooperative fulfil the criteria set in this tender documentation. It is also a prerequisite that Vågan municipality has been granted an investment grant from Husbanken and that a decision on sufficient financing is available to procure the shares in the housing cooperative. The contract is estimated to have a total value of NOK 65 million.
