Description
The HC-dir has had significant growth in both assignments and employees in recent years. After merging many systems that have partly a large overlap, we have a relatively new directorate. There is a large span in technologies, the programming language and the hosting model. Work is being done on uniforming the environments. Focus on a cloud is a central part of this work. It is therefore very important that tenderers in the framework agreement for ICT consultancy services have resources with competence connected to the development and configuration of cloud based services. New services are being established as a main rule in Azure and moving on-premises systems in the cloud is in the final phase. In total this means that the HC dir will have an increased need for cloud based competence and ICT consultancy services in the coming years. There will be a need to increase the capacity of the line organisation and in projects, and that there will be a need for competence we do not have access to internally. This also involves the possibility of making call-offs on a 24/7/365 staffed duty service, centralised monitoring and incident management connected to concrete critical services …
