Description

The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act, 17 June 2016 no. 73 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA) with any later amendments. Parts I and IV of the Public Procurement apply for this procurement. This procurement follows the procurement procedure in accordance with the regulations part IV.NAV Vest-Viken, shall procure the Labour Market Measure Follow-up for persons who need more comprehensive follow-up assistance than the Agency for Labour and Welfare can offer. Follow-up shall provide assistance with the intention that participants get and/or containers, paid work. Follow-up can include career guidance, assistance with target orientated job searching and job development, guidance and advice for work participation, both for participants and employers, training in work related and social skills, as well as follow-up and facilitation at work in order to facilitate transitions to work and ensure working ability.
