Description

The Norwegian Building Quality Directorate (DiBK) wishes to procure consultancy services within climate and energy. DiBK ́s social mission is to contribute to being effectively built secure, environmentally friendly and available housing and buildings and that the requirements for the buildings are followed. The aim is that climate gas emissions from the construction business shall be reduced, and that the energy demand in the existing buildings shall be reduced, that new buildings shall be energy efficient and energy flexible, and to facilitate increased self-production of renewable energy. The contracting authority is i.a. responsible for building technical regulations (TEK17). Based on this, DiBK needs consultancy services to carry out energy calculations, climate gas calculations and LCA calculations, as well as assess consequences of any changes in the current regulations. A framework agreement shall be signed with three to five tenderers for each area (see the detailed description of the two areas in the requirement specification).
