Description

This agreement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for cleaning services at IMDi's offices in Oslo, and extra needs connected to parts of the facility system (maths hire and watering plants etc.) in the entity. The tenderer shall, via the contract, realise the need for the contracting authority, as well as ensure compliance with the cleaning quality and environmental aspects. The desired result shall result in higher user satisfaction among employees in regard to office cleaning, as well as within options used. A contract for cleaning shall ensure fulfilment and compliance with ordered quality and delivery precision that results in high user satisfaction. For IMDi it is important that the premises look representative and always give a good impression for visitors and employees. The assignment is for washing, dusting, emptying waste, vacuuming carpets, changing mats in the entrance area and additional services such as internal window washing and spring cleaning, and watering plants. A comprehensive description of the delivery is in Annex 1 of the tender documentation. Annex 1 contains the requirement specification.
