Description
The aim of the service concession agreements is to cover the municipality ́s users ́need for BPA services and facilitate predictability, flexibility and freedom for inhabitants who receive such services (the municipality ́s users). The service concession agreements shall clearly regulate the responsibility between the parties (the contracting authority, work manager (user) and service provider), ensure quality good services and create administrative prerequisites for efficient contract management and good cooperation.
