Description
Insight is a strategic cooperation between the waste companies Hadeland and Ringerike Avfallsselskap AS (HRA), Horizon Miljøpark IKS (Horizon), Renovasjonsselskapet GLØR IKS (GLØR), Sirkula IKS (Sirkula) and Sør-Østerdal Interkommunale Renovasjonsselskap IKS (SØIR). The contracting authority in this competition is HRA, Horizon and Sirkula who wish to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier, who in a cost efficient and environmentally friendly manner covers the need for the procurement of bottom emptying surface containers.

- Price — Tender prices stated in Annex A - Requirement Specification with reply tables and price form.
- Quality — Under this criteria, fulfilment of all qualitative conditions related to the contract will be assessed.
