Description

ØFAS - the group with associated subsidiaries, needs to procure audit services, as well as accompanying additional services. The aim of the procurement is to establish a contract with one tenderer as a statutory auditor for the ØFAS group with associated subsidiaries. The services include the assignments that are included in a statutory audit, which hereunder shall be carried out in accordance with the Auditor's Act and the accompanying laws, regulations and standards. The audit includes self-cost accounts. See the Requirement Specification (Annex 1) for further information on the service requirements. In addition the Contracting Authority will need some fixed additional services, including technical preparation of annual accounts, preparation of shareholder register assignments and preparation of tax assessment assignments. In addition there can be a need for other adjoining services. These will be based on the tenderer ́s offered hourly rates. Such types of services can, for example, include confirmation of capital increase, conversion of debt, legal services and sustainability reports.
