Description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for analyses of modern mobility ́s importance for strong residential and work regions. The objective of the procurement is that the Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like to contribute to knowledge on how road infrastructure and road transport measures can improve mobility and connectivity, and increase value creation in the most important residential and labour market regions and production areas in Norway. The assignment ́s focus is to find shortcomings in the road transport system by finding where and how values were previously likely triggered through road and road transport related measures.
