Description
The Port of Moss wants to enter into a contract with an operator who shall operate the container terminal at moss port (the contract Part 1) until 2032. Parallel to the operation, the operator shall, together with the contracting authority, contract the necessary contractual partners and develop and optimise the operation of the harbour, as well as implement and implement the solutions that the parties in cooperation ́s to realise (the contract Part 2).
