Description

The competition is for a contract for maintenance of the contracting authority ́s existing licences, annual renewal of the licences, supplementary procurements as needed for increases in the same licences, and procurement consultancy services for the annual renewal and administration of the licence agreements. The procurement shall also cover the upgrading of existing licences, e.g. whether the contracting authority would like to go from a license with set functionality to a licence with expanded functionality within the same product area during the contract period. All of this shall be covered by the tenderer ́s offered mark-up percentages as stated in the price form. Major changes to technology choices and consultancy related to licence optimisation are not a part of this agreement. Servers and server licences are not a part of this agreement, but are part of a separate agreement. New licence procurements (not annual renewal within the contract period, supplementary procurements or maintenance of the licences in the price form) with the accompanying maintenance and supplementary procurements will not be included in this contract.
