Description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration uses national traffic safety campaigns as a strategically important means in the work for increased traffic safety. The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into an agreement with an advertising agency for the development, further development and implementation of long-term national traffic safety campaigns in the contract period. The advertising agency shall also offer testing campaign ideas and materials.
Award criteria
- Price — The evaluation will be based on the average hourly rate for the offered team.
- Quality — The contracting authority will evaluate the offered personnel ́s relevant formal competence and experience.
- Quality — The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer ́s response to the case and for the assignments that will be given in the meeting with the tenderer, cf. The requirement specifications point 2.7.
