Description
The development work for Nedre Rommen 9-11 shall facilitate new varied houses, nursery and development of public spaces and technical infrastructure. Residences shall also be assessed within the third housing sector. The zoning work shall be carried out in accordance with the guidelines given by the planning programme with VPOR, as well as the guidelines from the city council ́s decision. The assignment is also described in more detail in the attached assignment description.
