Description
The contracting authority shall procure a system for recruiting tools. The system shall be efficient, user friendly and functional that provides support throughout the recruitment process: prepare advertisements, publish advertisements in different media, upload files, receive applications and CVs, prepare applicant lists, application processing, interview and reference collection. Furthermore, it must be possible to send tender offers on employment and refusal. The recruitment tool must have integration with the contracting authority ́s archive system, be able to advertise in digital and social media and other job portals. The tool shall be connected to a joint partner id and each contracting authority ́s company profile on finn.no (Schibsted).
