Description
The requested system shall be provided as a service (SaaS), which shall cover usage rights, operation, maintenance and establishment of the service. The system shall mainly be fully developed and adapted to the Norwegian market, but it is possible that some needs/requirements can be delivered during the contract period. The establishment shall include services such as configuration, conversion, merging databases, integration, testing and training. The objective of the procurement is: Increased security and contingency Increased data quality and enabling sharing and reuse of data Strengthen interaction within pipeline management Lower Costs.
