Description

Kristiansand municipality shall replace one of its sweeping vehicles with a capacity of approx. 2 m³. The sweeping vehicle shall be new and sweeping of both residential roads, city streets and foot/cycle paths, and it shall run in both summer and winter operations. The sweeping vehicle is also used to flush/clean benches and shelters. Kristiansand municipality is committed to changing our vehicles and machines against electrification and zero emissions. The contracting authority will therefore emphasise and award lower environmental footprint in the evaluation process. Electrical alternatives will be preferred, but it is necessary that capacity/qualities/operational time is sufficient for the municipality ́s operation, as well as the procurement cost being within our limits. The noise level of the sweeping machine will also be assessed and it is an important factor for selection of the machine.
