Description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration needs good recruitment processes that effectively contribute to attracting, selecting and hiring competent and motivated candidates, which are inclusive and that fulfil the legislation and regulations for employment in the government sector. In order to carry out the processes as we want and need, we rely on a recruitment tool that is fast, efficient and user friendly, so that we can work systematically and well with the entire process from job analysis and announcement to employment.
