Description
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of project manager services for the construction of a new nursing home in Gjemnes municipality. The project manager shall have total responsibility for the execution, with some administrative support from the municipality. The offered project manager must as a minimum have experience from the role of project manager for a public builder in at least one construction project over NOK 50 million excluding VAT. A procurement shall be signed for the construction of a new nursing home. This procurement will be carried out as a turnkey contract. The project manager will be responsible for this procurement and follow-up of this. The project manager supplier cannot, therefore, participate in any of these subsequent procurements directly or as a party to a contractor.
