Description
The objective of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for project manager for the Entry programme offshore wind (EPOW). The competence programme aims at improving Norwegian industry to establish itself in the offshore wind market - by building on established knowledge, competence and technology. The programme provides recommendations for what supplier companies ought to know about in order to position themselves to future contracts and market shares in offshore wind.
