Description
Intention notice for the procurement of a project finance system in Gjerdrum municipality. Gjerdrum municipality shall establish a project finance system for both reporting and follow-up of the economy throughout the project. The contracting authority needs a system that supports project decomposition and that supports assembly in portfolios. This system shall be integrated with both Unit4 and Framsikt. The contracting authority has examined and finds only ISY Project Finance from Norconsult Digital that complies with these requirements. Integration between the customer's finance system and ISY Project Finance shall be a part of the delivery. The service ensures that a fully automatic integration transfers all posted costs (transactions), within the chosen criteria, as annex lines from the customer ́s finance system to ISY Prosjekt Økonomi. The integration can both be set up as a file based system and via APIs. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with the mentioned Norconsult with a framework of NOK 1,000,000. We set the deadline for objections until February 15th.
