Description

The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract for a journal system for psychologists and other users at the contracting authority. The currently used professional system is somewhat out-of-date and it often presents challenges for users of the system. As a result, user support around this requires a lot of resources from ICT internally and challenges that occur outside ordinary working hours will not be solved before the next day. There is a need to put in place a more modern and future orientated journal system for psychologists and users of the system who contribute to good work flow.
