Description
There is often a need to hire competence for both engineering design and execution for the planning and execution of construction work. There is also a periodical need to supplement the builder organisation with different project administrative roles that cannot be filled in by capacity and/or competence reasons. This can, for example, be construction management, SHA coordination etc. Lastly there can also be statutory requirements for external execution, such as the need for independent inspections in accordance with the Planning and Building Act. There is also an increasing need for assistance with technical sub-reports in connection with development plans and other early phase reports, for the same reasons as mentioned above. The framework agreement covers the following services within technical engineering: • Technical assistance with engineering design, reviews and tender descriptions. • Condition evaluations • Independent inspections • Construction management and other assistance with project administrative roles. • Other consultancy related to the above mentioned service areas.
