Description
The procurement concerns the purchase of: • PaaS and IaaS services on one Cloud Platform with support (hereafter referred to as Standardised Cloud Services). • Consultancy services, support and technical advice and any other accompanying services (hereafter called Additional Services). • Relevant third party products. The objective of the procurement is to give the Customer access to public cloud services in the form of PaaS and IaaS services from one Manufacturer with support, advice and accompanying services. The contracting authority has decided to have one preferred cloud platform for public PaaS/IaaS services and be in multi-cloud with SaaS systems. SaaS will normally be procured through other contracts. The contracting authority has set an ambition level for the use of public cloud services that are defined as medium sized, where they would like to use the Sky platform to establish a hybrid data platform, and in addition have an option room to establish more systems as needed during the contract period. Award criteria
- Quality — Tenderers shall have experience with the delivery of a cloud platform and support with a transition to cloud, for large and complex organisations that are comparable with the Contracting Authority.
- Quality — Tenderers shall have the relevant professional capacity and competence to fulfil the contract.
