Description
Lørenskog municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for minor construction works. The objective of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for minor construction works with the accompanying products and materials for upgrading, repairs and maintenance of buildings that the Contracting Authority manages and owns, including flats. The framework agreement is for the delivery of minor construction works, maintenance, repairs and renovation of all types of buildings. E.g. joinery work, replacing windows, renovating facades, alterations to existing buildings etc.
Award criteria
- Price — The price will be evaluated based on the attached price form (Annex 1 to Annex 3). Tenderers shall fill in the price form and upload it in Annex 3.
