Description
Trondheim municipality (the Customer) shall implement a negotiated procedure with the intention of entering into a framework agreement for the procurement of digital desktop virtual equipment such as Windows PCs, Chromebooks, Chromebox, Smartphones and tablets with accompanying equipment (monitors, mice, keyboards, cables etc.) as well as AV equipment. In addition a maintenance contract shall be signed for the selection of products, error handling, handling of returned equipment as well as replacing machines with an end of their lifetime. The qualification and submission of tenders will occur in a process.
