Description
The objective of the framework agreement is to cover Kode ́s need for carpentry/building services for maintenance, alterations and minor projects connected to exhibitions in Kodes construction portfolio, which is approx. 6,300 m2 (exhibition area).
Award criteria
- Price — - Hourly rates (skilled work and auxiliary work) - Mark-up percentage of materials.
- Quality — Personnel, including the key personnel's experience and competence, apprenticeship scheme and use of other personnel. - Implementation ability - Requirements for execution.
- Quality — - The tenderer's routines etc. for taking care of the environment in all phases of the execution of the assignment.
