Description
TET Digital AS shall construct a new customer service system for its owners and it needs a solid, well-tested and future-oriented system for telephony and chat, hereafter called "Kontaktsenter", which shall be a part of the new customer service system. The system shall be delivered as a cloud based SaaS service.
