Description
The main objective of the procurement is to replace/renew the current agreement that is about to expire, to ensure that we can continue to offer a good chatbot as a service, including manual chat and speechbot using one technology, as well as consultancy services to assist internal resources. Focus on innovation and further development of chatbots as a service is important, so that the Norwegian Public Roads Administration is connected to developments and can follow updates in the market. The objective and scope of the procurement is to find a tenderer who can provide: • Access to a platform with chatbot as a service, including manual chat and speechbot, and consultancy services to assist internal resources.
