Description
Helse Sør-Øst RHF (hereafter referred to as the Contracting Authority) shall enter into framework agreements with private tenderers for the procurement of 24 hour treatment within mental health care (PHV) - eating disorders. Both non-profit and commercial suppliers who can provide the service within the south-east health region can submit a tender. The health companies belonging to the Contracting Authority and the five non-commercial hospitals with which the Contracting Authority has operational agreements, cannot participate in the procurement, either as the main supplier or sub-supplier.
