The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The aim of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for audio visual equipment (AV equipment) for meeting rooms. The agreement shall cover products that naturally come under the category audio visual equipment, as well as software and services connected to these products. The agreement shall contribute to professional, efficient and simple procurements of meeting room equipment. The contracting authority would like meeting rooms that are standardised and easy to use and a supplier who makes it easy to choose the right equipment when purchasing and who understands the importance of good customer follow-up in case of any challenges.
