Description

Trøndelag county is holding a competition for a framework agreement for the delivery of food articles to the county and cooperating municipalities and organisations from 01.04.2024. This is an rush. The procurement includes the following product groups:1. Fresh meat and fresh meat products2. Fruit and vegetables3. Dairy products4. Groceries.5. Fresh fish and fresh fish products Due to technical problems with the notice published 15 December 2023, the contracting authority, in cooperation with the supplier of KGV (Mercell), has chosen to use the PPR § 20-2 to announce a new competition with a shortened tender deadline and re-announce the competition, but with a shortened tender deadline. This is based on major technical challenges which resulted in updates not being carried out in the previous competition. This competition is identical to the notice 15 December including clarifications and corrections in the notice period. Questions will not be answered, but the latest version of the tender documentation and annexes is attached. Summary of questions and answers with clarifications from the notice is previously added to additional information.
