Description
The Norwegian Film Institute invites tenderers to a tender contest for cleaning of the premises at Dronningens gate 16 in Oslo. The cleaning shall be carried out on weekdays and for some of the premises, also at the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). The cleaning shall be carried out in accordance with the Norwegian Standard NS-INSTA 800:2018. The procurement includes fixed cleaning services, periodic cleaning and ordering services in addition to services that are assessed as options for the fixed cleaning. A more detailed description of the different services is described in the tender documents part II. NFI is concerned with environment and sustainability throughout the entire value chain, this is reflected in the requirements set in this competition. The procurement is for a cleaning contract for a maximum of 4 years. The Norwegian Film Institute intends to enter into a contract with one tenderer.
Award criteria
- Price — The total costs will be evaluated by fixed and the variable costs are summed in accordance with an estimated annual consumption
- Quality — Under this criteria, the offered operations manager/on-site work manager ́s education, competence and experience will be assessed relevant for the contract.
- Quality — Tenderers shall describe how they shall ensure that the Contracting Authority is followed-up on a professional and in a thorough manner during the contract period.
