Description
De backoffice van de afdeling Sociaal Domein van de gemeente Helmond zoekt een software pakket ter ondersteuning van de wettelijke taken en het gemeentelijk beleid op de gebieden: WMO, jeugd, leerlingenvervoer, inburgering kinderopvang (SMI) en de uitvoering van bijzondere bijstand en minimaregelingen. De backoffice is verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van aanvragen en indicatiestellingen voor zorg- en ondersteuningsverzoeken voor inwoners en voor de financiële afwikkeling van de verzoeken. De opdracht bevat de levering van de software, implementatie, migratie, onderhoud, doorontwikkeling en consultancy. We willen een overeenkomst afsluiten voor vier jaar. De overeenkomst kan vervolgens vier keer met twee jaar worden verlengd. De maximale looptijd van de overeenkomst is 12 jaar.
