Description

The objectives of this procedure are threefold: 1. To lean the process map, the identified processes in scope, and their related documentation. 2. To identify through the leaning exercise quantifiable savings, whether in terms of budget and/or working hours of ERA staff saved. 3. To provide a framework for further development and maintenance of a leaned process management system.
