Description
De Divisie Havenmeester van Havenbedrijf Rotterdam wenst proces-verbaal applicatie in te kopen dat niet alleen voldoet aan de huidige behoeften, maar ook flexibel genoeg is om toekomstige groei en veranderingen te ondersteunen. Binnen scope van de opdracht: Aanschaf, inrichting, beheer en onderhoud van de pv applicatie; Aanschaf van support en eventuele opleidingen met betrekking tot de totale oplossing ten behoeve van de buitengewoon opsporingsambtenaren van de Divisie Havenmeester en andere gebruikers van de pv applicatie. Buiten scope van de opdracht: De aanschaf, beheer en onderhoud van hardware. Verwachte omvang; • 100 gebruikers, bestaande uit circa 90 Buitengewoon opsporingsambtenaren (boa's) en 10 overige gebruikers (bijvoorbeeld functioneel beheerders/backoffice medewerkers). • Circa 400 pv’s per kalenderjaar. • 1 benodigde koppeling met het CJIB en 1 optionele koppeling met het BRP.
