Description
We zijn op zoek naar een proces- en projectmanager die ervaring heeft met procesbegeleiding van complexe trajecten met meerdere stakeholders en werkgroepen, die de Omgevingswet kent, samenwerkingsgericht is en over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden beschikt. Die binnen (UU) en buiten (gemeente Utrecht) de organisatie de juiste mensen weet te verzamelen, belangen zorgvuldig afweegt en de ambities voor het USP leidend kan laten zijn. Ervaring met en inhoudelijke kennis van de werking van de gemeentelijke overheid is een must. Daarnaast is het belangrijk kennis te hebben van gebiedsontwikkeling en het oplossen van stedenbouwkundige vraagstukken. Dit is de herziene offerteaanvraag van T144432.
