PROCEDURA TELEMATICA APERTA PER L’AFFIDAMENTO IN CONCESSIONE PER UN PERIODO DI ANNI 10 (DIECI) DELL’IMPIANTO SPORTIVO COMUNALE NON AVENTE RILEVANZA ECONOMICA DI QUERCEGROSSA – VIA DI PETROIO (Contratto escluso ex Art.181 D.Lgs. n.36/2023) - Ai sensi dell’art. 14 della L.R. Toscana 27 febbraio 2015, n. 21, della L.R. Toscana 19 giugno 2024, n. 21, come richiamato dal Regolamento comunale vigente all’art. 6 c.1 lett.b), possono partecipare alla procedura gli operatori economici che siano società sportive e associazioni sportive dilettantistiche, enti di promozione sportiva, discipline sportive associate e federazioni sportive nazionali, nonché a raggruppamenti temporanei tra i predetti soggetti - Si rimanda al Bando/Avviso e alla documentazione inserita.
